脑损伤患者下肢功能重建等速反馈肌力训练的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨脑损伤偏瘫患者下肢功能康复等速反馈肌力训练的效果。方法恢复期脑损伤偏瘫患者172例,随机分为观察组(87例),对照组(85例),两组患者常规康复训练相同,观察组增加等速反馈肌力训练,治疗前后使用Isomove等速仪检测两组患者膝伸屈生物力学指标;Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)及改良Barthel指数评定运动功能及转移活动能力。结果经过20次治疗后,两组各生物力学指标均有改善,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);下肢运动功能、转移活动能力较对照组提高明显(P<0.01)。结论等速反馈肌力训练对脑损伤偏瘫患者下肢功能有明显改善。 Objective To probe into the effect of constant speed feedback muscle strength training of lower limb functional reconstruction for sufferers with cerebral injury.Methods 172 sufferers with cerebral injury in convalescence phase were randomly divided into the observation group(87 cases)and the control group(85 cases).Both were given the same conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group were given extra constant speed feedback muscle strength training.Before and after the treatment, Isomove isokinet- ic dynamometer was adopted to detect knee stretching and bending biomechanical indexes of the two groups, Fugl-Meyer Assesment Scale and Modified Barthel Index were adopted to assess motor function and mobility activity. Results After 20 times of treatment, the biomechanical indexes of the two groups were clearly improved, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Lower limb motor function and mobility activity of the observation group were clearly increased compared to the control group(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Constant speed feedback muscle strength training can clearly improve the lower limb functional reconstruction for sufferers with cerebral injury.
