硫化氢矿泉浴治疗高血压及高同型半胱氨酸血症的研究

Study on sulfuretted hydrogen mineral bath to treat hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia

目的探讨硫化氢矿泉浴治疗高血压及伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的治疗效果。方法选择80例1级原发性高血压患者,且同时血清同型半胱氨酸浓度>15μmol/L为实验组,选择80例血压及同型半胱氨酸正常者为健康对照组。对实验组80例患者进行1个疗程的水疗,测定水疗前后血压及血清硫化氢和同型半胱氨酸数值。进行统计学处理。结果 1级高血压患者1个疗程,收缩压平均下降了20.4mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),舒张压平均下降了12.5mmHg,血清硫化氢平均上升了13.7μmol/L,血清同型半胱氨酸下降了6.3μmol/L。治愈率82.5%。结论硫化氢矿泉浴可治疗原发性高血压患者(1级),可使血清同型半胱氨酸降低。

Objective To study the treatment effect of using sulfuretted hydrogen mineral bath to treat hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods 80 sufferers with typel primary hypertension and serum homocysteine density〉 15 μmol/L were selected as the treatment group, and another 80 sufferers with normal blood pressure and homocysteine were selected as the control group.The 80 suffer- ers in the treatment group were given a treatment course of spa, then blood pressure, serum sulfuretted hydrogen, and homocysteine val- ues before and after spa were measured and statistically conducted.Results After one treatment course among the sufferers with typel primary hypertension, systolic pressure dropped by an average of 20.4 mmHg （1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa）, diastolic pressure dropped by an average of 12.5 mmHg, serum sulfuretted hydrogen increased by an average of 13.7 μmol/L, serum homocysteine decreased by 6.3 μmol/L. The cure rate was 82.5% .Conclusion Sulfuretted hydrogen mineral bath can treat typel primary hypertension and can decrease serum homocysteine.
