皮肤纤维瘤与皮肤纤维肉瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 皮肤纤维瘤(dermato fibroma)又名纤维性组织细胞瘤(fibrous histiocytoma),是一种以局灶性真皮内纤维组织增生为特点的良性肿瘤,其形成机制尚不完全清楚。皮肤纤维瘤为良性真皮内结节,可能代表了真皮局部微小损伤而引发的成纤维细胞的局灶性和反应性增生,通常无自然消退趋势。具有限局性和持久性纤维增生特点的皮肤纤维瘤可作为一种典型疾病用于纤维增生机制的研究,近年来,HSP47,CD163,Stromelysin-3,CD34和CD117等细胞因子在皮肤纤维瘤与皮肤纤维肉瘤的鉴别诊断与治疗中的研究已经成为了热点。
