摘要
以月桂醇和3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为原料,在微波辐射的条件下制得3-十二烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:n(CTA)∶n(ROH)=2∶1,反应时间2 h,pH=9,微波辐射功率280 W,此条件下收率可达96%。产物结构通过红外光谱及元素分析结果得以证实,并对产品的表面性能进行了测定。
3-Twelve alkoxy-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by lauryl alcohol and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTA) under conditions of microwave radiation. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(CTA) :n(ROH) = 2 : 1, the reaction time was 2 h, pH = 9, the power of microwave radiation was 280 W, the yield of product up to 96%. The product structure was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis, surface properties of the products were also determined.
