摘要
通过检测聚合物在溶解过程中的电阻率变化,来描述聚合物的溶解程度。在45,55,65℃条件下分别测量疏水缔合聚合物(AP-P4)在矿化度为9 158.59 mg/L的模拟注入水中粘度、电阻率随溶解时间的变化关系。结果表明,在温度以及水质不变的情况下,聚合物完全溶解时,溶液电阻率保持不变,即电阻率法能够有效的检测聚合物溶解程度。该方法适用范围宽,所需设备简单,检测方便,结果准确可靠。
The proposed a new way to detection the course of dissolution for explaining, which is based on the change of electrical resistivity. The apparent viscosities and the correlation with the changes between resistivity and dissolution time of hydrophobic associating polymer (AP-P4) solutions were respectively determined at 45,55 ℃ and 65 ℃, and the degree of mineralization of solutions are 9 158.59 mg/L which are the simulation injection water. The results show that the resistivity of solution remain unchanged while temperatures and the degree of mineralization are the same and polymer completely dissolved which is mean resistivity method can effectively detect the dissolution of polymer. This method is wide range of applications, simple process, convenient and accurate.
