互联网背景下基层统战工作的作用机理研究

On Action Mechanism of Grassroots United front Work under the Background of the Internet

互联网背景下,把基层统战部门的积极性发挥出来并提高基层统战工作的实效性,需要研究其工作的机理。在探讨基层统战工作的相关理论与当前研究现状的基础上,分析互联网背景下基层统战工作与传统统战工作的关系,并探索基层统战工作新的实践模式,构建互联网背景下基层统战工作的动力机制与长效机制,是化解当前部分基层组织统战工作缺乏保障的关键。

Under the background of the internet, the action mechanism is studied in order to play the enthusiasm of the grassroots united front departments and improve the effectiveness of its work. On the basis of the theory and the situation of internet, the paper analyzes the relationship of united front work between current and traditional work, then, explore a new practice mode of grassroots united front work. Dynamic mechanism and long-time effective mechanism which grass-roots organization of the united front constructed is the key to solve the problem of grass-roots united front work which lacking of security.
