依托民营经济的产业结构升级探究

On Upgrading of Industrial Structure Based on Private Economy

经济增长转型和产业结构升级是当前及今后我国经济发展的重要任务。但种种证据表明,目前我国经济增长转型和产业结构升级的难度很大,一个重要原因是最具活力的民营经济普遍遇到了困难。依托民营经济大力发展第三产业,将是未来我国产业升级的主要路径,也是今后我国实现经济结构的调整和优化产业比例的关键所在。因此,为民营经济创建一个好的外部环境是各级政府真正落实科学发展观的正确选择。

The transformation of the economic growth and industrial upgrading are the important task at present and in the fu- ture of China＇s economic development. All the evidence suggests that China＇s current economic growth is in very difficult transi tion. An important reason is the most dynamic private economy generally encountered difficulties in addition to production costs including labor costs, financing difficulties, lack of technical inputs, etc. But private economy vigorously developing the tertiary industry will be the main path for the future of China＇s industrial upgrading. Therefore, to create a good external environ ment for the private economy is the right choice for all levels of government to really implement the scientific concept of development.
