我国高等教育研究国际化的困境与选择

高等教育研究国际化是我国哲学社会科学"走出去"战略的重要组成部分,是提升我国高等教育研究水平的重要举措,对实现高等教育强国目标具有重要意义。虽然改革开放以来我国高等教育研究的国际化水平在不断提升,但客观地讲,高等教育研究依然缺乏国际视野、移植倾向明显、规范性不够、国际交流与合作的程度和水平还比较低。因此,必须确立高等教育研究国际化战略,通过造就具有国际视野的高等教育研究队伍、强化学术研究的规范性、积极创办国际性学术期刊等措施推进我国高等教育研究走向世界。

The internationalization of higher education research is an important part of the ＂going out＂ strategy of Chinese philosophy and social sciences. It is an important measure to enhance the level of Chinese higher education research, and have great significance for achieving the goal of higher education powerhouse. In China, since the reforming and opening up, the level of internationalization of higher education research continue to improve, but towards the world of higher education, China is still facing many practical predicaments, such as the lack of an international perspective, the obvious transplantation, the lack of normative, the extent and low level of international exchanges and cooperation. Therefore, we must establish a strategy of internationalization of higher education research, created the research team of the Chinese higher education research with an international perspective, and strengthen normative academic research, actively founder of international academic journals, and take other measures to promote the Chinese higher education research to the world.
