摘要
大学教师专业发展有外在与内在两个维度,涉及专业教育、专业制度、专业伦理三大要素。以分配制度为核心的专业发展制度建设影响着教师专业发展。建国后历次大学教师分配制度改革既取得了明显成效,也存在一些不足。需要进一步强化关键岗位意识,理顺个人与组织关系,不断推进大学教师专业发展。
University Teachers' professional development relates to the professional education, professional ethics, professional system of three elements from the external and internal two dimensions. The construction on professional development system impacts the professional development of teachers as the core of distribution system. We need continue to promote the University Teachers' professional development based on further strengthening the key position consciousness, and rationalizing the relationship between the individual and the organization, because the reform of teacher distribution system in university has achieved remarkable results, there are also some problems after the founding of PRC.
