摘要
就业质量是衡量高校办学水平的重要指标之一。高等教育需求主体是多元的,既包括办学主体的各级政府,也包括各用人单位和学生个人,因此,评价一所高校毕业生就业质量的主体也应是多元的。三方满意度评价是指作为高等教育需求主体的政府、毕业生、用人单位等三方共同参与的、把就业满意度作为检验就业质量标准的评价。本研究根据顾客满意理论,分别从政府、毕业生、用人单位三方满意度的角度,构建了高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,并在对各项指标内涵阐述的基础上,运用模糊层次分析法确定了各级指标因素权重,为科学、客观、全面评价高校毕业生就业质量提供了思路与方法。
The quality of employment is one of the important criteria to measure the level of running schools. The demand for higher education is diverse, which includes all levels of governments, and the employers and the individual students. Therefore, the evaluation of the employment quality of college graduates?should also be various. The evaluation of the tripartite satisfaction is to use the satisfaction of employment as the criteria to measure quality of employment, evaluated by government, graduates, and employers all together. This study is based on customer satisfaction, respectively, from the point of view of the government, graduates, and employers' tripartite satisfaction to build the index system of the employment quality of college graduates. Meanwhile, this study also elaborates definitions of various?connotative indicators, uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to weight index factors at all levels, and provides ideas and methods for scientifically, objectively and comprehensively evaluating employment quality of college graduates.
