高校贫困生资助工作中的道德风险与道德教育

Moral Hazard to Educational Assistance and Moral Education to the Poverty Stricken Students of the Colleges

我国高校贫困生资助工作不断发展,产生了良好的社会效益,但贫困生资助工作也是一把"双刃剑",其引发的道德风险问题开始引起高校和社会的普遍关注。道德风险产生的主要机制是贫困生资助工作中的利益博弈,道德风险带来了"贫困陷阱",也严重影响了贫困生资助工作的效率。创新贫困生资助理念,改革制度设计,强化贫困生主体性道德人格教育是防范道德风险的基本途径。

With the advancing of the educational assistance to colleges, people begin to pay attention to the problem of the moral hazards which are initiated by the negative-encourage of educational assistance. The mechanism of moral hazards of educational assistance comes from the Play of interests. The moral hazards produce poverty trap, and exert an influence to the educational assistance. Precaution to moral hazard of educational assistance can carry forward the moral education of college students. There are the basic ways to precaution the moral hazards, such as changing the idea and system of educational assistance, and the ideological and moral education to the college students.
