摘要
以多样化、市场化为特征的日本现代职业教育体系形成于20世纪60年代,80年代末趋于成熟。日本的经济产业与教育发展决定了其总体规模与发展层次,日本的社会政治体制影响了其发展路径选择,而其教育、职业文化则影响了不同职业教育机构的培养目标和培养模式。
Japanese modem vocational education system which characterized by diversification and Market- oriented is formed in 1960s and built in late 1980s. Japanese modern vocational education system＇s overall size and development level is decided by the growth of Japanese economy industry and education, and its development path choosing is decided by Japanese social and political system, Training model and goals of vocational education institutions are influenced by Japanese education and career culture.
