摘要
本文通过对钢铁产品的质量现状分析,阐述了积极采用国际标准的重要意义,提出了技术标准也是生产力的科学观点,展望了技术管理工作的发展前景。
The present quality of iron and steel production has been analyzed in the paper, and the important significance which vigorously adopts international standard is set forth, and scientific viewpoint that technology standard is also productive force is given, and development prospect of technology management work is forecasted.
