城乡统筹下的山地新农村建设——以重庆綦江县景秀苑农民新村概念性规划设计为例

本文分析当前重庆农村聚落建设存在的主要问题,并从空间布局,产业功能选择,景观特色等方面,探讨了城乡统筹下山地农村聚落的未来发展趋势与特点,提出了基于城市设计方法的山地农村聚落形态建设控制与引导机制。

This paper analyses the existing problems of countryside settlement in Chongqing. And also explores the tendency and characleristics of mountain countryside settlemenl development from spatial arrangement, industry characlerislic and landscape feature in the backdrop of balancing urban and rural development. Then it proposes the controlling and leading mechanism of mountain countryside settlement constniction in shape based on urban de＇sign.
