摘要
轧辊是三辊螺旋轧机中重要零件,其参数的选择对轧制工艺有重要影响。文章采用DEFORM软件,通过数值模拟对三辊螺旋轧机的轧辊螺旋角和后锥角的工艺参数进行研究;分析这两个参数对轧制过程的影响,给出定量分析结果,并进行实验验证。
Roller is the most important part of three-roller helical rolling mill, and the choice of roller parameters has great effect on rolling process. In this paper, two roller parameters of three-roller helical rolling mill, including helix angle and back cone angle, were researched using DEFORM software. The effects of the two parameters on the rolling process were studied using numerical simulation. Quantitative analysis results were provided, and experimental verifications were also carried out.
