摘要
文章研究了异步轧制工艺对AZ31镁合金显微组织及高温下延伸率的影响。实验异步轧制采用的轧制温度为350℃~400℃,道次压下率为15%~30%。结果表明,异步轧制时,采用异速比为1.33,轧制温度为350℃,在道次压下率为15%~30%,经过300℃、10min的退火制度下,其表面质量良好,且组织均匀细小。当道次压下率为20%时,最大延伸率为206%。
This paper studied the effects of Differential Speed Rolling Process on the microstructure of AZ31 magnesium alloy and elongation at high temperature conditions. The temperature of the Differential Speed Rolling was 350℃ to 400℃, and its pass reduction rate was 15 % to 30%. The experimental results showed the grains of magnesium was effectively refined after Differential Speed Rolling with the rolling temperature of 350℃, the pass reduction rate of 15% to 30%, the annealing temperature of 300℃ and the annealing time of10min. Then the maximum elongation was 206 % when the pass reduction rate reached to 20%.
