浅议烟气脱硫GGH吹扫方式的选择

摘要 GGH的堵塞直接关系到脱硫系统的运行阻力以及电站主机的运行稳定性,分析说明GGH堵塞可能产生的原因,阐述GGH蒸汽吹扫方式的优势以及压缩空气吹扫的弊端。结合老挝HONGSA 3×626MW烟气脱硫工程,论述蒸汽吹扫与压缩空气吹扫在能耗、运行稳定性、机组投运率、设备维护量、设备维护费用、换热元件寿命等方面的对比情况。综合各项性能指标,在湿法脱硫系统入口烟气灰份较大时,GGH采用蒸汽吹扫明显要优于采用压缩空气吹扫。 GGH clogging is directly related to desulfurization system resistance and operation stability of plant unit, analysis shows some causation to GGH clogging, elaborated advantages of superheated steam soot - blowing methods and disadvantages of compressed air medium. Combination of Lao HONGSA 3- 626MW flue gas desulfurization project discusses and contrasts the steam soot - blo- wing with compressed air soot -blowing in energy consumption, operation stability, unit operation rate,the volume of equipment maintenance, maintenance cost of the equipment, heat exchanger life. Comprehensive performance indicators,in wet desulphurization system entrance flue gas ash is larger, GGH uses steam soot - blowing was obviously superior to the use of compressed air soot - blowing.
