Applied Study on Low Cost Strategy of Large Coal Enterprise in Post-Crisis Era

通过分析经济危机对我国煤炭企业的深刻影响,阐述了低成本战略对煤炭行业应对危机的重要作用,并提出企业在实施低成本战略中应采取的应对措施。

With the analysis on the deep influences of the economic crisis to the coal enterprises in China, the paper stated the important significances of the low cost strategy to deal with the crisis for the coal enterprises and provided the countermea- sures applied to the implementation of the low cost strategy.
