西山煤电集团股权管理研究

Study on Stock Rights Management of Xishan Coal Electricity Group

通过对西山煤电(集团)有限责任公司股权管理的研究,总结了股权管理体系建设、股权管理主要环节和内容。同时,就进一步深化股权管理进行了研究探索,在外派高管管理、股权项目分析评价、集团管控等方面提出新的思路和方法,以期为国有大型企业提供有价值的参考经验。

With a study on the stock rights management of Xishan Coal Electricity Group Corporation Ltd., the paper summa- rized the establishment of the rock rights management system as well as the main links and contents of the stock rights man- agement. Meanwhile, a study and discovery was conducted on the further deep tock rights management and a new idea and method was provided on the management of senior officers for overseas projects, the analysis and evaluation on the stock rights items, the group management and control and others in order to provide valuable references and experiences to the state owned large enterprises.
