介绍了煤炭企业新员工岗前培训的重要性和必要性,并通过对新员工岗前培训中出现的一些问题进行了研究探讨,并提出完善培训体系、改变培训方式、做好培训评估、转变基层领导的培训观念等相关对策,以期帮助企业改善岗前培训效果,提高竞争力。
