电磁导航支气管镜临床应用及展望 被引量:5

摘要 周围性肺部病变(peripheral pulmonary lesions)诊断一直是困扰临床医生的一个难题。常用检查方法包括常规纤维支气管镜检查、经胸壁穿刺肺活检(transthoracic needle aspira-tion,TTNA)、支气管内径向超声(endobronchial ultrasound,EBUS)、诊断性手术等。
