摘要
针对异性结构阴极电解槽,从不同工艺的升温策略和操作步骤对阴极寿命的影响,工艺实施的复杂程度等方面进行了详细探讨,最终选择焦粒结合碎炭块作为阴极块处填充料,解决了异型阴极结构中电解槽焦粒焙烧的核心问题。经过对多台异型阴极结构电解槽焙烧启动的实践验证,该法对阳极和阴极均无损伤。
The special-shaped cathode aluminum reduction cell were discussed in detail from the effects of heating strategy and operation steps for different processes on cathode lifetime and the complex levels of the implemented process. Finally, the mixture of coke particle and carbon block scraps was used to be the filling material of cathode carbon block to solve the core problems of coke particle roasting of alumi- num reduction cell with special-shaped cathode structure. The practice of start-up of several aluminum re- duction cells with special-shaped cathode structure showed that the method has no damage to the anode and cathode.
