摘要
电解铝阳极组装车间大多采用中频炉作为熔铁炉。可通过提高中频炉筑炉材料质量、筑炉及烘炉工艺、日常操作与维护来提高中频炉的寿命。
Most of the assembling workshop of electrolytic aluminum anode adopts intermediate frequency furnace to molt the iron. Some measures that would increase the intermediate frequency furnace age were discussed in this paper, such as the material used for furnace construction must be qualified, the process for furnace construction and furnace drying muse be followed the requirements, and the daily operation and maintenance must be in order.
