摘要
采用Licor一6400型便携式光合测定仪和静态箱相结合的试验方法测定太原盆地紫花苜蓿群体的水分利用效率及其相关因子,揭示紫花苜蓿在群体水平上水分利用效率的一些基本变化规律。研究结果表明:苜蓿群体水分利用效率每日最大值出现在上午;和群体总初级生产力、净生产力以及群体呼吸的变异趋势不一致;和10cm土壤温度的相关程度比与空气温度的更好一些,与红外辐射温度相关性比较低。
Water use efficiency(WUE) and other factors to colony of Alfalfa in Taiyuan basin were measured with Licor -- 6400 portable photosynthetic tester and the closed chamber technique, the result shows the basal changes of WUE to Alfalfa on the lever of colony. The result concludes that the max value of water used efficiency is in the morning every day. The value is different from the primary, net productivity and the changing trend of the group breathing. The degree of correlation of 10em soil temperature WUE group and the e0rrelativity of WUE and other factors to Alfalfa on the lever of colony are analyzed.
