摘要
为最大限度实现可再生资源的合理利用和有效平缓可再生能源的波动性,实现发电的连续性和平滑性,定义了不可调资源之间的自然互补特性的定量评价指标——互补率:定义了可调资源和不可调资源之间的人工互补特性的定量评价指标——平滑度。应用互补率和平滑度指标分别研究了风、光的自然互补特性和风、光、储的人工互补特性。综合利用上述两个指标进行了含间歇性电源的发电资源互补优化策略研究。研究结果表明,互补率和平滑性指标提供了不可调资源容量的配比和可调资源的配置容量的定量分析方法,可实现含间歇性电源的发电资源综合互补优化。
In order to maximize the usage of renewable generation, compensate its fluctuation and acquire a continuous and smooth output, this paper defines two indices. Complementary degree is defined for measuring the natural complementary characteristics of the stochastic generations, and smoothness is defined for measuring the effect of manual complementariness between adjustable and stochastic generations. These two indices are employed to study the natural complementary characteristic involving wind power and PV, and the manual complementariness involving wind power, PV and energy storage system, respectively. Finally, analyses of two indices are synthesized to form a complementary strategy. This study is a guidance to determine the ratio of stochastic generations and the capacity configuration of adjustable generations as well as a good reference for optimizing the size of ESS in this site.
