草果果实主要农艺性状的灰色关联度分析

Gray Correlation Degree Analysis on Main Agronomic Traits of Amomum tsao-ko Fruits

应用灰色关联度分析法,对元阳地区草果果实7个主要农艺性状与果实重量间的关联度进行了综合分析.结果表明:农艺性状对果实重量的关联度从高到低依次为:种子团重量>每果实种子数>切向直径>棱线数目>径向直径>种子直径>果皮厚度.建议将种子团重量、每果实种子数和切向直径作为草果果实选择的重点标识性状.

Comprehensive analysis of degree of assoJation of Yuanyang A.tsaoko Fruit between seven agronomic characters and Fruit weight with the analysis method of grey correlation agree. The result showed that there was the highest correlated degree： seed group weight〉seed number of fruit 〉tangential diameter 〉ridge number 〉radial diameters 〉seed diameters 〉 pericarp thickness. It was suggested that seed group weight, seed number of fruit, tangential diameter should be chosen as desired features when selecting fruit of Amomum for breeding.
