摘要
合同法实行多年来,已经成为公民维护自身权益和司法实践的重要组成部分,从伦理学的角度重新审视合同法,是加强合同法建设的非常必要的工作环节,有利于从更高的理论层面和现实的司法实践的基础之上进一步对合同法实行过程中的目标偏离的个别现象进行及时的纠偏.
