摘要
介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼钢厂采用钢渣热闷法新工艺的原理、系统组成、工艺过程、主要设备、技术参数及生产情况。通过在地下管廊内设置挡墙、提高风机电动机的功率、设置百叶窗等措施,解决了主厂房及地下管廊蒸气排放的关键问题,改善了作业环境,消除了安全隐患。铜渣热闷法同传统工艺相比,具有短流程、处理周期短、占地面积小、投资少、产品质量好、节约用水、高效、安全可靠、检修维护方便等优点。
Introduce the principle, system composition, procedure, major equipment, technical parameter and production conditions of new steel slag pyrolytic technique in Ansteel Bayuquan Steelmaking Plant. The critical issue of steam exhaust in the main plant building and scrap channel has been solved through installing a retaining wall, increasing the motor power of the fan and mounting the shutter, thus improving the operating environment and eliminating the potential safety hazard. Comparing with the traditional process, it has the advantages of short process, short processing period, small floor area, low investment, good product quality, water saving, safe and reliable, high efficiency and easy maintenance.
