摘要
电动机智能控制器以微控制器dsPlC30F6014&其外围器件作为硬件平台,采集三相电流、三相电压和漏电流,判断电动机运行状态,实现过载、欠裁、过流、欠流、过压、欠压、三}u不平衡、漏电、堵转等保护功能,可控制电动机的正反向启动。在电路设计上以微控制器dsPIC30F6014及简单的外围电路为主,使电路大为简化,该控制器具有功能全、成本低,可靠性和稳定性高等特点。
The intelligent motor controller adopts micro-controller dsPIC30F6014 and peripheral parts as hardware platform. By collecting three phase current, three phase voltage and leakage current, estimate the operating status of the electric motor, and realize the protection functions, such as overload, underload, overeurrent, undercurrent, overvohage, undervohage, three phase unbalance, current leakage and stall protection, and control the startup direction of the motor. The circuit is designed to mainly use micro-controller dsPIC30F6014 and simple peripheral circuit, which simplifies the circuit greatly. The controller has the characteristics of complete function, low cost, high reliability and stability, etc.
