摘要
文章结合酒钢高速线材生产实际,提出了孔型设计的方法、粗中轧轧制程序表,并采用刚塑性有限元法对粗中轧过程进行了模拟分析,提出了相关的量能与变形参数。
In combination with the Steel Co., Ltd., put forward a pass design actual production of high-speed wire method and establish the roughing rod in Jiuquan Iron and and intermediate rolling schedule. The roughing and intermediate rolling process is simulated and analyzed with rigid-plastic finite element method, providing the relative technical data and deformation parameters.
