摘要
结合实际生产需求,对17Cr2Ni2Mo、18Cr2Ni4W、20CrMnTi 3种常用的重要齿轮材料的相关性能及渗碳淬火热处理工艺特性(淬透性、参考含碳量、心部硬度的变化和热处理变形特性等)进行了探讨,为满足不同性能需求齿轮材料的选择;以及改善与优化传统热处理方案提供理论依据与实践参考。
According to the practical production requirements, related properties and heat-treatment process characteristics of 17Cr2Ni2Mo, 18Cr2Ni,W and 20CrMnTi, three commonly used important gear materials, were introduced and discussed, this can he benefited to provide the theory basis and practical reference for choosing materials, which performance meet different demand, improving and optimizing the traditional heat treatment process.
