摘要 目的探索授权教育对提高糖尿病患者自我效能感的效果。方法对86例糖尿病患者采用"个体化教育+小组讨论"授权教育实施自我管理教育,按照授权教育的5个步骤,为患者制订自我管理教育计划,进行疾病知识、自我技能与情绪的管理,在患者干预前及干预后3月,评价患者的糖尿病控制自我效能、自护行为的变化,检测血糖控制代谢指标。结果干预后3月,患者的糖尿病控制自我效能、自护行为与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义;血糖控制代谢指标与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义。结论授权教育可有效提高糖尿病患者的自我效能感,促进行为改变,提高自我管理能力,从而控制血糖水平。 Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education on improving self--efficacy for diabetic patients. Method 86 diabetic patients receive empowerment education by individual education + group discussion". Develop self ed- ucation management plan according to 5 steps of empowerment education. Implement disease cognition, self care skills and emotionalmanagement. Assess patients' self--efficacy on controlling diabetes, self--care activities and test their blood glu- cose indexes before and 3 months after education. Result Patients" scores of self--efficacy on controlling diabetes and self-- care activities are improved 3 months after education and the result has significant difference. There is significant difference on blood glucose indexes before and after empowerment education. Conclusion Empowerment education can improve self-- efficacyfor diabetic patients, promote behavior change and control blood glucose level.
