摘要 国内外的实践表明,校企间的有机结合是职业教育健康发展的一个必然选择,务实的校企合作是推动经济建设的巨大动力。通过大力推进校企合作发展餐饮职业教育,是解决制约云南餐饮行业发展瓶颈的有效手段。文章着重从实战推进的角度逐步分析如何推进校企合作。 The practice at home and abroad indicated that the combination between college and enterprise is me necessary option for the healthy development of the vocational education. Hereby, the pragmatic cooperation is a great force that propel economic construction. Through vigorously propelled college-enterprise cooperation to develop the Catering vocational education which is the effective method to solve the bottleneck problem which restricted the development of Yunnan food and beverage industry. This article emphatically explores how to promote the college-enterprise cooperation from practical aspects to analyze it step-by-step.
