促进廊坊临空经济发展的涉外人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Foreign Language Talent to Promote the Development of Airport Economy in Langfang

对廊坊市现阶段涉外人才培养模式进行分析,指出了涉外人才培养模式的基本特征;从培养结构、培养目标定位、人才培养模式、廊坊临空经济发展的需求等方面揭示了廊坊地方院校存在的诸多问题,阐述了廊坊市高等教育涉外人才培养借鉴发达国家成功经验的必要性和紧迫性。在分析涉外人才培养模式的实质、特征和涉外人才的知识、能力、素质结构的基础上,从培养目标定位、教学计划与课程体系设计、实现途径、保障系统等方面对廊坊市高等院校涉外人才培养模式进行了较为全面的分析研究。

This article carries on the analysis to the present training mode of foreign language talents in Langfang, points out the basic characteristics of the model training foreign personnel; to reveal the problems in Langfang colleges and universities from the aspects of culture structure, training target, training mode, Langfang airport economic development demand of higher education, expounds the necessity of foreign talents cultivation in Langfang; this article learns from the successful experiences of developed countries, on the basis of analyzing the foreign personnel training mode, characteristics and essence of foreign talents＇ knowledge, ability, quality structure, from the training target, teaching plan and curriculum design, system realization, system and other aspects of a more comprehensive analysis of institutions of higher leaming foreign talents in Langfang cultivation mode, so as to develop the theoretical framework system construction mode for foreign personnel in Langfang city.
