摘要
通过对职场调查结果的比照,按照企业人力资源配置的要求,设计了针对高职院校学生职业素质拓展的培养机制,包括课程教学、实践教学、校园和企业文化活动等模块,并提出学校、企业、社会等综合体系的立体构建,以提高高职院校学生的就业质量,满足用人单位和社会对高职院校毕业生提出的专业与素质的双重要求。
Based on the investigation on the workplace, the cultivation mechanism of professional qualities for vocational college students is designed in order to meet the configuration requirements of the human resources in enterprises, including course teaching, practice teaching, and campus and enterprise culture, etc. A comprehen- sive three-dimensional system is also put forward, which is composed of the colleges, the enterprises and the society, so as to improve the employment quality of vocational college graduates, as well as to meet the double requirements on profession and qualities by the employing units and the society.
