摘要 面对严峻的就业形势,社会对工科学生的动手实践能力和创新思维尤为关注。在阐述专业实验室开放必要性的基础上,分析了食品教学型专业实验室在对本科生开放过程中存在的实际问题,并以河北科技师范学院实际情况为例,提出了利用实验室引导学生开展创新活动的一些途径和方法。 Faced with the serious employment situation, the society pays more attention to practical ability and innovative thinking for engineering students particularly. This paper elaborated the necessity of the opening laboratory and analyzed the existing problems for teaching type food professional laboratory. A midst work in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology ceaseless exploration into open laboratories,through tireless effort there has been obtainment of particular results£ In terms of the foundation of integrated work practices, some of the ways and methods were put forward for guiding the student to innovation activities.
