基于Witness的“牛鞭效应”仿真实践教学研究

摘要 以一个简单的供应链系统为仿真对象,运用Witness仿真软件来建立仿真模型,再根据模型的运行结果,分析了供应链系统中的"瓶颈"和导致"牛鞭效应"出现的原因,最后提出了供应链模型优化的改进措施。基于Witness的仿真实践教学可帮助学生获得分析、解决问题的能力,以适应现代社会对供应链与物流职业的技能需求。 Taking the supply chain as simulation objects, using witness simulation software to establish simulation model. According to the model, analyzing the factors of "bottleneck" in the supply chain system and the cause of "bullwhip effect" based on the result of the simulation. Then put forward the improvement measures. Based on witness simulation results, improve to analysis the supply chain & logistic system and to promotion the practical operation skills of students in the process of practice teaching.
