摘要
由古溯今,公务员任职回避制度有其深远的理论源泉,且在不断成熟完善。新近两部委发布《公务员回避规定(试行)》,在明晰任职回避亲属范围、落实地域回避层面有其创见之处;但在亲属界限划定、考任过程以及监管层面仍存在不足。为此,完善任职回避规定有其必要性。
The Assignment Evasion System has a deep theoretical source and has been constantly improved.The public servant avoided system（Trial） by the organization department and the human resources and social security department of the CPC central committee,has some original ideas about the kinship avoidance and regional avoidance,but there are still some defects in delimitation of kinship,the process of appointment and supervision.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to improve the Assignment Evasion System.
