高等职业院校加强职业人文素质教育的探索——以上海思博职业技术学院为例

Strengthening Vocational Humanities Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:A Case Study of Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic

职业人文教育是一种教育思想、教育观念,同样地也是一种教育模式;它应当有独立的课程模块,同时又应当贯穿在学校所有的教育环境、教育内容、教育形式中,而不仅仅只是一个特殊的模块。上海思博学院关于人才培养模式和职业人文素质教育的改革实践,成为中国高职教育坚守人本价值的一个试点,形成学校的办学特色。

In higher vocational education, vocational humanities education is not only a concept but also a mode. With independent course modules, teaching environment, course contents and teaching mode build up the trinity of vocational humanities education. The practices in Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic carried out in the reform of talents training modes and vocational humanities education have led to its distinctiveness and made it a pilot holding fast to humanities values in Chinese higher vocational education.
