高职学报编辑的意识集成

Awareness Integration of Academic Journal Editors of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学报编辑除了具有作为刊物编辑一般的意识外,特别强调危机意识、精品意识、特色意识、服务意识、"三零"意识和创新意识。意识集成不是几种意识的简单罗列或取舍,而是基于价值取向的使命感及其责任担当,是诸多意识在协调一致基础上的有机融合,形成高职学报编辑特有的意识系统、生命的精神系统。这种思维系统不是与生俱来的,而是通过高职教育改革发展的实践及其编辑出版的实践孕育的。

Besides the common awareness possessed by all publication editors, academic journal editors of higher vocational colleges should pay special attention to the awareness of crisis, quality, features, service and innovation, the awareness to work free of errors and private considerations, and the awareness to be intensively involved in teaching and researching. Awareness integration is not a simple list or selection of various kinds of awareness, but a coordinated and organic integration. It is a sense of mission and commit- ment based on value orientation, and constitutes the awareness system as well as the life system of an aca- demic journal which are specific to higher vocational colleges. The system of awareness is not given by na- ture, but developed in the practice of editing and publishing and in the practices of higher vocational teach- ing reform and development as well.
