摘要
[目的]了解福建省肠炎沙门菌的流行状况,更好地开展监测和防控工作。[方法]2012年对2009~2010年分离自福建省沙门菌病患者的30株肠炎沙门菌菌株采用分子分型及检测毒力基因的方法进行分析。[结果]30株肠炎沙门菌中,按照100%的相似度酶切图谱分为13个PFGE型,其中P1型5株,P4型7株,为优势型别。根据TENOVER原则,可得到1个优势基因群G1(包含P1~P7型),合计23株,占76.67%。prgH、sopB、invA、sitC、sifA、iroN基因均阳性,spvB基因阳性的13株(占43.33%),pefA基因阳性的22株(占73.33%)。[结论]2009~2010年福建省肠炎沙门菌PFGE分型呈现多态性,存在1个优势基因群G1,携带多种毒力基因。
[Objective]To study the epidemic states of Salmonella enteritidis in Fujian province,so as to carry out the monitor and prevention of salmonella preferably. [-Methods] In 2012,30 strains of Salmonella enteritidis from patients were isolated to analyze malecular typing and detect virulent genes. [Results]According to the similarity as 100% ,the finger printing of Salmonella enteritidis can be divided into 13 PFGE types,in which P1(5 strains) and P4(7 strains) were the predominant types. Based on the " TENOVER principle", there were 1 prevalent gene group G1, including P1-P7 types,accounting for 76.67% (23/30) of the total strains. In the PCR tests, prgH, sopB, invA, sitC, sifA, iron existed in all of the strains,while spvB and pefA with the lower positive rates(43.33 % and 73.33 % respectively). [Conclusion]During 2009-2010 ,the molecular types of Salmonella enteritidis in Fujian are in diversity. There is 1 prevalent gene group and the strains carry many kinds of virulent genes.
