2011年齐鲁石化地区部分美容美发场所卫生状况调查

Survey on Sanitary Conditions in Beauty Salons in the Area of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation,2011

[目的]了解齐鲁石化地区美容美发场所卫生状况,为今后监督工作提供强有力的保障。[方法]2011年5～9月对部分美容美发场所进行随机抽取部分各类理发工具,按照GB 9666-1996《理发店、美容店卫生标准》进行分析检测,重点检查两证持有率、化妆品使用、公共用具消毒等情况。[结果]2011年检查51家单位,卫生许可证持有率为88.24%;抽查63名从业人员,健康证持有率为84.13%;抽检客用化妆品217份,合格率为87.10%;检测的51家公共用品用具,43家各项指标均合格,合格率为84.31%;对毛巾、剃刀、剪子、梳子、推子、胡刷消毒情况,2007年、2011年检测合格率分别为79.51%、86.47%,说明美容美发场所的卫生状况有明显改善,2007年与2011年相比,各项指标检测合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对部分美容美发场所存在一定卫生问题要求整改,进一步加强卫生管理,加大卫生监督频次和力度,改善美容美发场所的卫生状况。

[Objective]To understand the sanitary status in beauty salons of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation, so as to provide a powerful guarantee for the future supervision. [Methods]During May-September 2011 ,hair tools were randomly selected from some beauty salons, and an analytical test was conducted in accordance with GB 9666-1996 health standards in barber shop and beauty shop, focusing on the existence of the two cards, cosmetic use, public appliances disinfection and so on. [Results]By checking 51 units in 2011 ,the holder rate of Sanitary License was 88.24% ;random checking of 63 employees, health card holder rate was 84.130% ;sampling 217 pieces of guest cosmetics, the pass rate was 87.10 % ;public appliances in 51 shops were detected,43 were qualified, with a pass rate of 84. 31%;As to the disinfection of towels, razors, scissors, combs, clippers and brushes, the qualification rate was respectively 79.51% and 86.47 % in 2007 and 2011, showing that the sanitation condition had significantly improved. Comparing the index in 2007 with that in 2011 ,the differences of the qualification rate were statistically significant （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]There are Some sanitary problems in some barber or beauty shops,requiring rectification, health management should be strengthened, the frequency and intensity of health supervision should be increased,so as to improve the sanitary conditions in the barber or beauty shops.
