摘要
[目的]分析婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况的关系,为婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的防治措施提供参考依据。[方法]对2010年6月至2011年5月费县妇幼保健院确诊的638例7月龄至3岁的缺铁性贫血患儿(病例组)进行血清维生素A含量测定,并与638名同年龄的健康儿童比较。[结果]血清维生素A含量,贫血组638例为0.91±0.34μmol/L,对照组638名为1.18±0.32μmol/L(P<0.01);轻度贫血组385例为1.02±0.28μmol/L,中度贫血组224例为0.95±0.33μmol/L,重度贫血组29例为0.83±0.36μmol/L,轻度高于中度、重度(P<0.01),中度与重度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清维生素A含量正常者所占比例,贫血组为28.06%,对照组为75.24%(P<0.01);轻度贫血组为41.56%,中度贫血组为8.48%,重度贫血组为0.00%(P<0.01)。[结论]婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与血清维生素A含量之间存在密切关系。
[Objective]To analyze the connection of minua iron anemia and amount of vitamin A of babies and infants, so as to provide the reference data for the prevention and cure for the minus iron anemia of babies and infants. [Methods] Measuring of the amount of vitamin A of minus iron anemia of 638 babies and infants from 7 months old to 3 years of age diagnosed in Fei County healthcare station during June,2010- May,2011 and comparison was made with 638 healthy babies and infants. [Results]Amount of blood serum vitamin A.. anemia group(638 cases) 0.91±0.34 μmol/L,control group(638 cases) 1.18±0.32 μmol/L( P 〈0.01) ;slight anemia group(385 cases) 1.02±0.28 μmol/L,mid-anemia group(224 cases) 0. 95±0. 33 μmol/L,severe anemia group(29 cases) 0. 83± 0.36 μmol/L(slight anemia group compared with mid-anemia group, P 〈0.01 ;slight anemia group compared with severe anemia group, P 〈0.01 mid-anemia group compared with severe anemia group, P 〉0.05). Percentage of normal group, anemia group 28.06 %, control group 75.24 % ( P 〈0.01) ;slight anemia group 41.56 %, mid-anemia group 8.48%, severe anemia group 0. 00% ( P 〈0.01) [Conclusion] Close connection exists between minus iron anemia and amount of vitarhin A of babies and infants.
