摘要
[目的]建立连续流动分析法测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法。[方法]采用德国AA3全自动连续流动分析仪,在最佳的测试条件下,对饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂进行实验。[结果]在0.1~1.0mg/L范围内,该方法具有良好线性,相关系数为0.999 6,方法最低检出限为0.009 4mg/L,比国标方法灵敏度提高5倍;方法精密度RSD<2%,回收率为98.80%~102.40%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于大规模样品的检测。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of ABS in drinking water by eontinual flow analysis. [Methods]The ABS in drinking water was deteeted on-line by German AA3 CFA. [Results]A linear rang of ABS was 0.1- 1.0 mg/L( r =0. 999 6). The method detection limit of ABS.was 0. 009 4 mg/L,sensitivity was more than 5 times of na- tional standard method. The relative standard deviation was less than 2 % and reeovery of ABS was 98.80%-102.40%. [Conclusion]The method is rapid, aeeurate and sensitive, it is suitable for large amount samples analysis.
