摘要
现有缠解水布机换布卷需要停机,影响矿用胶管制造工艺的生产效率.为解决该问题,提出一种两个缠绕盘串联的新型缠解水布机,该设备工作时由两个缠绕盘交替进行缠布,可以提高缠绕水布效率.以新型缠解水布机不能缠解水布为顶事件,建立了新型缠解水布机的故障树,并对其进行了定性分析和定量分析,确定了系统的薄弱环节以及顶事件失效概率的数学模型,为新型缠解水布机的结构改进以及故障诊断提供了理论指导.
The existi case the production ng cloth wrapping and unwrapping machine needs to stop when its roll exchanges. In that efficiency of a mining hose manufacturing process will be influenced. In order to solve this problem, the new cloth wrapping and unwrapping machine with two winding disc series is proposed, and this new device can improve the efficiency of winding water cloth because of the two winding disc alternately wrap- ping cloth. Using the new cloth wrapping and unwrapping machine cannot wrap water cloth as the top event, the fault tree of a new cloth wrapping and unwrapping machine with the qualitative analysis and quantitative a- nalysis is built, and then the weak links of the system as well as the mathematical model of top event failure probability are identified, and accordingly the theoretical guidance for the structure improvement and fault di- agnosis of a new cloth wrapping and unwrapping machine is provided.
