白细胞、血小板参数在冠心病及高危人群中的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨白细胞、血小板参数在冠心病及高危人群中的临床价值。方法采用Sysmex XE-5000血细胞分析仪检测发病24h内入院的冠心病患者白细胞(WBC)、未成熟粒细胞(IG)、血小板(PLT)和网织血小板(IPF)4项参数指标并与其他组进行比较分析。结果冠心病组、高血压组及糖尿病组与对照组比较,P<0.05;冠心病组IPF与其他组比较,P<0.01。结论 WBC、IG、IPF是评价冠心病高危人群发生心血管病变危险性的重要指标,WBC、IG、PLT、IPF与冠心病的发生和发展密切相关,联合检测WBC、IG、PLT、IPF对冠心病危险因素的干预和冠心病药物治疗及病程监测有重要的临床价值。
