云南有色金属工业结构优化分析!

Discussion on the Structural Optimization of Non-ferrous Metals Industry of Yunnan

有色金属工业作为云南特色优势产业直接影响着云南经济发展,尤其在"桥头堡"战略等重大机遇下,调整有色工业结构并优化升级显得尤为重要。本文结合云南有色工业发展现状,运用产业结构测度方法,从合理化和高度化对结构优化程度进行评价。结果表明,有色工业关联性强,且具有区位优势,但存在着供需不均衡、集中度低及精深加工能力弱等问题,因此提出加大找矿力度、优化资源配置、增加科技投入等建议以促进有色工业结构优化升级。

Non-ferrous metals industry as the industries with local advantages of Yunnan, directly affect the overall economic development of Yun- nan. Especially, adjusting the industrial structure and optimization and upgrading is particularly important under the great opportunity of the ＂Gateway Strategy＂. In combination with the development status of Yunnan non-ferrous metals industry, the structure optimization is evaluated from two aspects of upgrading and rationalization with industrial structure measure method. The results showed that Yunnan non-ferrous metals industry has strong industrial relevancy and location advantage, but there are some problems such as imbalance between supply and demand, low concentration ratio, weak deep-processing and so on. Therefore some suggestions were put forward to promote non-ferrous metal optimization and upgrading of industrial structure on prospecting, optimizing resource allocation and increasing science and technology investment.
