摘要 在订单进入MTO企业阶段进行订单重要性评价,能够使MTO企业更有效地进行订单接受决策和能力分配管理。针对MTO企业订单进入阶段的订单重要性判定问题,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的订单重要性综合评价模型。首先确定了订单重要性评价指标,然后使用熵权法确定评价指标的权重,最后采用TOPSIS方法对订单重要性进行评价。 Prioritizing the arriving orders in order entry stage can lead to more efficiency order acceptance decision and capacity allocation for MTO companies. Entropy-weighting TOPSIS method is used to prioritize arriving orders. Indicators are chosen from the aspects of increasing MTO company's profit and share in the competitive market. The evaluation index is weight determined objectively by entropy-weighting. And then TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the importance of arriving orders.
