摘要
医院医疗服务质量是医疗服务市场竞争的第一要素,不仅直接关系到患者的安危和利益,而且是医院赖以生存的首要条件。本文通过对山西省三级甲等医院的医疗服务质量的抽样调查,运用因子分析等统计方法研究山西省整体的医疗服务现状,得出山西省医疗服务质量存在的问题。并借鉴中外的医疗服务创新方案对这些问题提出了行之有效的改进措施,为山西省医疗服务质量的提高提供了相应的建议,具有重要的现实意义。
The hospital medical service quality is the first element of the medical service market competition, not only directly related to the safety of patients and their interests, but also the first important condition to make the hospital survived. This article researches the whole situation of medical serves status in Shanxi Province through sample investigation of medical service quality in Shanxi Province three level of first-class hospital and the statistical methods of factor analysis of health services, and it concludes the problems of medical service quality in our province. It also make reference for Chinese and foreign medical service innovative cases to solve these problems, advances some effective measures and provides corresponding suggestions to improve the quality, all of which have the important practical significance.
