Delicacy Management of Digging Operations

挖掘作业是工程施工现场最常见的作业活动之一,由于安全管理不到位导致的土方坍塌、地下管线电缆挖破等事故事件较多,特别是油气生产场所,潜在的风险更大。本文针对挖掘作业现场施工造成地下管线、电缆等设施被挖断破坏等这类常见问题,在前人总结的基础上,进一步分析问题产生的原因,并提出一些列精细化的现场管理措施,达到最大限度的控制和消除地下设施被挖断的风险,为工程施工的挖掘作业管理提供管理借鉴,也对其他高危作业安全管理具有积极指导意义。

Digging operations is one of the most common activities in the construction site. The collapse of earthwork, underground pipeline and cable cut accident events are often due to the safety management not in place, especially oil and gas production sites, potentially greater risk. Aiming at to the common problems of destruction, such as the construction of underground pipelines, cables and other facilities caused by the digging operation, based on previous summary, this paper gives further analysis of the causes of the problems, and put forward the field management measures of some fine, to the greatest extent, controlling and eliminating the risk of underground facility being destroyed. Management reference for digging operations in engineering construction, but also has a positive significance to other high-risk operation safety management.
